Is there a membership or a fee?
No. There is no membership and no fee to get access or to use clinic pricing. You pay only for the products you order, plus any optional consultation you choose to book.
What is Holistic Health Partners?
Holistic Health Partners is our clinic, and VitaminScript is its supplement store. The clinic's licensed team offers free product consultations to every client, and deeper wellness consultations when you want them. Meet the clinic.
Do I need a coupon code?
No. Clinic pricing is applied automatically on every order. There is nothing to remember and nothing to enter.
Why do product pages show the full price?
Product pages show list price because your discount depends on your order total. Your cart shows your discount before you pay.
Is my first order discounted?
Yes. Your first order is 20% off eligible products, whatever its size. That replaces the tier for that order. From your second order on, the 12%, 15% and 20% tiers apply.
Does clinic pricing work with Autoship?
Yes. Autoship orders get the same 12%, 15% and 20% tiers as any other order.
Do I pay sales tax?
Not in most states. Where we are not required to collect sales tax, you do not pay it. If your state is an exception, we will tell you.
What isn't included in clinic pricing?
Lab tests and home test kits, items already on sale, and Concierge program items. Your cart always shows what is discounted before you pay.
How does this compare to paying full price elsewhere?
Most stores charge list price plus sales tax. In a state with 7% sales tax, a $200 order at list price costs $214. The same order of eligible products at VitaminScript costs $170 with free shipping, so you keep $44.
How does this compare to Fullscript?
Every client pays at least 12% less than list price (MSRP) on eligible products: 12% off every order, 15% off orders of $150 or more and 20% off orders of $300 or more, with free domestic shipping on every order and free product consultations with our licensed team.
