Joining our clinic is completely free of charge, and there are never fees required to purchase products or speak with our medical staff. While we do offer concierge services, they are completely voluntary and tailored to specific situations and may not be beneficial for everyone.

Discounts on your order is based on the total amount of your cart. Orders start with a 12% discount. When your order exceeds $150, the discount increases to 15%. For orders over $300, you'll receive a 20% discount. Additionally, shipping is free. In most cases, sales tax is not applicable, but if we are required to collect sales tax for your state, you will be notified accordingly. **Some exclusions apply.

We offer a Complimentary Health Consultation—a 10–15 minute conversation with our medical staff to help you understand the services we provide and determine if we’re a good fit for your wellness journey. We also provide Product Consultations, giving you the opportunity to ask specific questions about ingredient benefits, proper dosing and scheduling of supplements, or finding replacements for products you’ve previously used.

Each client is allocated a dedicated client resource manager to oversee their account. This individual serves as your go-to contact for any inquiries regarding your order, product availability or messages to our medical practitioner. They are equipped to handle basic product queries and will reach out to you if there are any issues with your order.
