Goodnight Gummy by Douglas Labs provides comprehensive triple-action support for relaxation, sleep onset, and restful sleep in a great-tasting gummy form. Lemon balm is rich in flavonoids and polyphenolic compounds, with a long history of traditional use for relaxation.
