The primary therapeutic indications of these buds revolve around the growing or regenerative osteoblastic actions on bone health especially when combined with Abies Alba for children and adolescents who suffer from demineralizing conditions. It is also indicated in nervous system depletion and intellectual exhaustion. Betula Pendula has a short lived immune stimulating effect and is thus useful in the treatment of acute infections. *

Recommendation:
Seroyal Unda suggests for adults, taking 50 drops (1/2 teaspoon) one to three times daily.  For children under 12, 15 to 25 drops one to three times a day.
