Recommendation:
Herb Pharm recommends taking 30 to 40 drops in a little water two to five times per day.

Fennel Extract is prepared from mature seeds of Foeniculum vulgare plants which are Certified Organically Grown without the use of chemical fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides.
To assure optimal extraction of Fennel's bioactive compounds, the seeds are handharvested after maturing in late summer, are carefully shade-dried and cleaned of all chaff & stem, and are then thoroughly extracted.
