Recommendation:
Herb Pharm suggests taking two to five times per day, 30 to 40 drops in a little water. Shake well before using.

Prepared from the dried, lupulin-rich strobiles (female flowers) of Humulus lupulus vines which have been Certified Organically Grown without the use of chemical fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides.
To assure optimal extraction of Hops bioactive compounds, the strobiles are hand-harvested only when fully matured, are carefully shadedried to retain their full color and aroma, and are then thoroughly extracted.
