Recommendation:
Herb Pharm suggests taking two to four times per day, 30 to 40 drops in a little water. Shake Well Before Using.

To assure optimal extraction of oleuropein & other bioactive compounds, the leaf is hand harvested only in the winter months, is carefully shade-dried, and is then thoroughly extracted.
