How Reishi Works
Herb Pharm prepares Reishi extract from dried whole fruiting body (not mycelium) of Certified Organic Ganoderma lingzhi mushrooms. Reishi is grown on wood logs and/or wood chips. Herb Pharm starts extraction through the traditional Chinese method of making a concentrated water-extraction tea, then combines the tea with a Reishi alcohol extract. The combined extract contains both the water-soluble and alcohol-soluble mushroom compounds.
Flavor Profile: Reishi tastes bitter and earthy.

Recommendation
