Wholly Immune by Allergy Research Group – Multi-Nutrient Immune Support Powder
Wholly Immune powder by Allergy Research Group is a dietary supplement combining vitamins, minerals, amino-acid derivatives, botanical extracts, and a mushroom blend in a scoopable form. Unlike a single-vitamin supplement, this immune support powder brings essential nutrients together with N-acetyl cysteine and plant ingredients.
The formula includes riboflavin-5-phosphate, P5P, methylfolate, and methylcobalamin, alongside vitamin C and zinc. It is offered in 300 g and 900 g containers. The size-specific label panels below show the formula details for each container, including differences in mineral amounts and botanical standardizations.
Key Wholly Immune Benefits
- Supports normal immune-cell function with vitamin C and zinc, nutrients involved in everyday cellular defense.
- Provides nutritional antioxidant support through vitamin C and a precursor used to make glutathione within cells.
- Supplies magnesium for the enzyme reactions that help cells use energy and maintain normal muscle function.
- Includes vitamin D3 to support calcium absorption and the maintenance of normally mineralized bones.
How Wholly Immune Works
Immune cells depend on a steady supply of nutrients for communication, maintenance, and normal activity. Wholly Immune combines nutrients with distinct jobs rather than relying on one ingredient alone. Vitamin C contributes to antioxidant support, while zinc participates in cellular signaling. N-acetyl cysteine supplies a building block for the body's own glutathione system. Magnesium and vitamin D3 add broader nutritional support for energy metabolism and mineral balance.
Key Functional Ingredients Include:
- Vitamin C: Supports normal immune-cell activity and helps protect cells through its electron-donating antioxidant role. It also assists enzymes involved in collagen formation, which helps maintain the structure of skin and other tissues that form physical barriers.
- Zinc: Helps maintain normal immune-cell development and communication. This essential mineral also participates in enzymes used for protein production and cell division, connecting immune nutrition with the ongoing maintenance and renewal of body tissues.
- N-Acetyl Cysteine: Supplies cysteine, an amino acid the body uses to make glutathione. Glutathione helps cells manage normal oxidative processes and serves antioxidant enzymes. Providing a precursor supports this nutritional pathway without promising a particular change in glutathione levels.
- Vitamin D3: Supports intestinal calcium absorption after conversion to its active form in the body. This helps make dietary calcium available for normal bone mineralization, adding an established mineral-balance function to the formula's broader nutritional profile.
- Magnesium: Assists enzymes involved in energy metabolism and helps cells use ATP, their energy-carrying molecule. It also contributes to normal nerve signaling and muscle function, supporting everyday cellular activity rather than acting as a stimulant.

If you are pregnant or lactating, have any health condition or are taking any medication, consult your healthcare practitioner before use.
Additional ingredient precautions: Stomach upset, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, reflux, flushing, headache, rash, and allergic reactions can occur. Asian ginseng can cause insomnia, lower blood sugar, affect blood clotting, and worsen autoimmune disorders; rare severe allergic reactions and liver injury have been reported. Avoid this astragalus-containing formula with autoimmune disease; astragalus can also interact with immunosuppressants. Green tea extracts can cause abdominal discomfort or increased blood pressure, and rare liver injury has been reported. Liver injury has also been reported with some turmeric supplements, especially enhanced-absorption preparations. Stop use and seek medical advice for dark urine, jaundice, unusual fatigue, or poor appetite.
Do not combine with nitroglycerin: N-acetyl cysteine can increase its blood-pressure-lowering effect and cause severe headaches. N-acetyl cysteine can also cause fatigue, eye irritation, rash, low blood pressure, headache, and rarely serious allergic reactions or asthma attacks; photosensitivity has been reported with pirfenidone. Ask your oncologist before using antioxidant supplements during cancer treatment. Review use with your practitioner if you take blood thinners, blood-sugar medicines, nadolol, atorvastatin, raloxifene, antibiotics, penicillamine, bisphosphonates, diuretics, or proton pump inhibitors. Mineral ingredients can interfere with some medicines' absorption, so ask your pharmacist about dose spacing. Kidney impairment can increase the risk from supplemental magnesium. Review overlapping vitamin and mineral supplements before use. This complex botanical formula is not intended as a children's or prenatal supplement.
Frequently Asked Questions About Wholly Immune
What are the benefits of Wholly Immune?
Wholly Immune supplies vitamin C and zinc for normal immune-cell function, along with N-acetyl cysteine, which provides a building block for glutathione. Each labeled scoop contains 1 g of vitamin C, 15 mg of zinc, and 250 mg of N-acetyl cysteine. Magnesium contributes to energy-related enzyme activity, and vitamin D3 supports calcium absorption. These nutritional roles explain the formula's broad approach: it combines essential nutrients with botanicals rather than offering one isolated vitamin. Choose the size-specific facts panel when reviewing the full formula.
Who should take Wholly Immune?
Wholly Immune is an option for adults whose practitioner recommends a broad multi-nutrient powder rather than separate vitamin and mineral products. Both container sizes use a 20 g scoop, with 15 servings in the 300 g container and 45 in the 900 g container. The formula contains soy and whey protein, so it is unsuitable for people allergic to soy or milk. Its astragalus and ginseng also make autoimmune conditions and immunosuppressant use important screening issues. Do not choose it as a children's or prenatal supplement; review medicines and overlapping supplements first.
Are there any side effects of taking Wholly Immune?
Stomach upset, diarrhea, insomnia, allergies, and medication interactions are possible. Contains: Soy. Whey supplies milk protein. If you are pregnant or lactating, have any health condition or are taking any medication, consult your healthcare practitioner before use. WARNING: Consuming this product can expose you to lead which is known to the State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm. For more information go to www.P65Warnings.ca.gov/food. Do not combine with nitroglycerin; NAC can intensify low blood pressure and headaches. Review the full ingredient precautions above, including autoimmune, blood-clotting, blood-sugar, and liver cautions, before taking this complex formula.
How does Wholly Immune support overall health?
Wholly Immune combines several normal nutritional functions in one powder. Vitamin C supports collagen-producing enzymes and antioxidant activity, while zinc helps cells make proteins and communicate. NAC provides cysteine for glutathione production. Magnesium assists energy metabolism and normal muscle and nerve function, and vitamin D3 supports the absorption of dietary calcium. These roles complement, rather than replace, varied meals. Because this formula also includes green tea, turmeric, ginseng, astragalus, and a mushroom blend, the full ingredient list and medication precautions matter just as much as the vitamin amounts.
