Wellness consultations start at $60 — often less than an insurance copay. Pricing depends on the depth of review you need, and we'll always tell you before you book.

How is this different from the free product consultation?

The free product consultation answers specific questions about products we carry, in 15 minutes. A wellness consultation is the whole picture: labs, protocols, goals, and a personalized plan.

What should I have ready?

Recent lab results if you have them, a list of every supplement and medication you currently take, and a sense of what you want to change. No preparation is required, but it makes the time go further.

Is this a medical appointment?

No — it's wellness guidance from a licensed practitioner. We complement, not replace, your existing healthcare relationships, and we'll refer you back to your doctor for anything that needs diagnosis or treatment.
