Our brands enforce a strict no-resale policy, which we rigorously follow. Consequently, we do not engage in sales with any resellers.

1. Is there a cost to join the clinic?

Joining our clinic is completely free of charge and there are never fees required for purchasing products or speaking with our medical staff. While we do offer concierge services, they are completely voluntary and tailored to specific situations and may not be beneficial for everyone.

2. What is Patient Pricing?

Discounts on your order is based on the total amount of your cart. Orders start with a 12% discount. When your order exceeds $150, the discount increases to 15%. For orders over $300, you'll receive a 20% discount. Additionally, shipping is free. In most cases, sales tax is not applicable, but if we are required to collect sales tax for your state, you will be notified accordingly. **Some exclusions apply.

3. What type of services do you provide for free? 

We provide a complimentary 15-minute Wellness Consultation to allow you to speak with our medical practitioner and address any questions you might have. Additionally, we offer free Product Consultations for those interested in learning more about a specific item or treatments options. Both services are available by appointment. 4. What is a client resource manager?

Each client is allocated a dedicated client resource manager to oversee their account. This individual serves as your go-to contact for any inquiries regarding your order, product availability or messages to our medical practitioner. They are equipped to handle basic product queries and will reach out to you if there are any issues with your order.

5. What if I already have a doctor?

We're here to complement, not replace, your existing healthcare relationships, offering support and answering questions between your visits. Consider us a valuable resource to support your healing journey.

6. What if I do not have a doctor?
