I have been using this supplement for a number of months. I had been tested by a doctor and found my adrenal glands were causing a lot of my problems. He did recommend this particular supplement. I started out with just two per day for a few months but then starting taking four per day. I have noticed a difference and also went for retesting and found I am doing a lot better. It will still take some time to reach optimal levels according to my doctor but this supplement is definitely helping. I am so glad I found Covenant Health and will continue to order from them.
