How It Works:

The AM tablet combines green tea extract (standardized for caffeine), Asian ginseng, and black cohosh to support daytime energy and hormonal balance. The PM tablet features valerian, hops, L-theanine (Suntheanine®), and black cohosh to help promote relaxation, ease nighttime discomfort, and support sleep quality.

Who Should Use This Product:

Designed for women experiencing perimenopause or menopause who want hormone-free support for occasional hot flashes, mood changes, night sweats, and sleep disturbances.

Recommendation:

AM: Take 1 (yellow) tablet in the morning. PM: Take 1 (purple) tablet 30–45 minutes before bedtime. It may take four to five weeks to achieve full benefits. Continue use to maintain benefits.

Hops Flower Extract (Humulus lupulus) – 100 mg

L-Theanine (Suntheanine® brand) – 50 mg

Black Cohosh Root and Rhizome Extract (Cimicifuga racemosa) – 20 mg (standardized to 2.5% triterpene glycosides calculated as 27-deoxyactein)

Cellulose, sodium croscarmellose, stearic acid, hypromellose, titanium dioxide color, glycerin, magnesium stearate, silica.

Additional Information:
