Bacopa monnieri is an herb that's been used for centuries in India to treat heart problems and cognitive problems. Studies have shown that taking 300 to 450 mg of the extract each day for 12 weeks can significantly improve overall memory, attention, word recall, and functional activity, and significantly reduce anxiety and depression. I have been taking this product from Covenant Health for over a year, and can attest to the fact this product has helped both my husband and me in each of the above-named areas. My husband and I take it every night with dinner. I strongly recommend this product.
