BioDIM by SFI Health contains Diindolylmethane (DIM), derived from indole-3-carbinol found in cruciferous vegetables, has been shown to support healthy estrogen metabolism in both men and women. It favors the formation of protective 2-hydroxyestrogen metabolites over the potentially harmful 16-hydroxyestrone.
