Dosage:
Biotics Research recommends one (1) softgel capsule each day as a dietary supplement or as otherwise directed by a healthcare professional.


Biotics Research CLA Active Ingredients:
Conjugated Linoleic Acid (from safflower oil). Each CLA capsule provides a 50:50 ratio of C18:2 c9, t11 and C18:2 t10, c12, the two active isomers.

Other Ingredients:
Gelatin, glycerin, water and caramel color. This Biotics Research product is gluten and dairy free.
