Integrative Therapeutic's Cortisol Manager is a supplement formulated to help regulate healthy cortisol levels, reduce stress, and promote relaxation. This unique product contains a proprietary blend of Sensoril® brand ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) and Suntheanine® brand L-theanine, as well as a proprietary blend of Magnolia (Magnolia officinalis) and epimedium (Epimedium koreanum). Additionally, Cortisol Manager contains phosphatidylserine derived from soy lecithin.
Cortisol is a hormone produced in the adrenal cortex that is released in response to stress. Its secretion fluctuates throughout the day, with peak levels in the morning and a gradual decline throughout the day. As a key stress hormone, cortisol is associated with fatigue, restful sleep, and the body's ability to cope with stress. Cortisol Manager can help support cortisol homeostasis and reduce the negative effects of stress on the body.
Recommendation:

This product was recommended by my naturopath due to my high levels of cortisol. I have only taken it for a couple of weeks. It may take more time to notice big differences in sleep given my current state.
