Adults: (Subacute) When symptoms improve or are mild to moderate, administer 10-15 drops under the tongue every hour, not to exceed 8 hours total.
Adults: (Chronic) For chronic conditions or symptoms lasting longer than 48-72 hours, administer 10 drops under the tongue three times daily.
