Have heart health improvement right away after taking two capsules once or twice daily between meals. Had read that this product was good for use with heart issues, and I can say it is helping with my shortness of breath and tiredness. I recommend this product. And, of course, I buy the Pure Encapsulations brand most often when purchasing products because of their superior quality. We have been purchasing products from Covenant Health Products for 10 years.
