How Lemon Balm Works
Lemon Balm is prepared from fresh (undried) Lemon Balm aerial parts (Melissa officinalis) and extracted fresh. Extraction rate is 467 mg fresh herb per 0.7 ml, with a fresh herb / menstruum ratio of 1:1.5.

Recommendation
