Magnesium w/SRT (B-free) by Jigsaw Health is based off Jigsaws top-rated, best-selling Jigsaw Magnesium w/SRT® formula, but does not include any B vitamins. Why? Jigsaw has customers who love the original Mag SRT, but they wanted to supplement their B vitamins separately.
Recommendation:
Jigsaw Health suggests taking 2 Magnesium w/SRT (B-free) tablets twice daily (2 in the morning, 2 in the evening). For advanced use take 4 tablets twice daily (4 in the morning, 4 in the evening - may split into smaller doses as needed). Or use as directed by your healthcare professional. Take with food.
