I've been using this vitamin for a while in the 180 capsule, and love it so much, that I just had to switch over to the larger bottle! So happy this company carries it. The price is reasonable, and it has no added preservatives or harmful ingredients.

My herbalist friend recommends this, because it is biodegradable vs. a lot of other brands. I can't say for sure how much benefit I get from vitamins, but I'm good about taking them. They recommend two tablets three times a day, but I take them twice. It's a little pricey, but I'm sticking with it.
