Thera-B by SFI Health is a vitamin B-complex supplement enriched with additional biotin, bioactive folate (L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate), and active B12 (methylcobalamin). L-5-MTHF, a more readily usable form of folate, offers faster metabolic benefits compared to traditional folic acid. Methylcobalamin improves the uptake and effectiveness of vitamin B12.*

• The inclusion of L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate (L-5-MTHF), a bioactive form of folate, ensures more immediate effects than folic acid on metabolism.*
• Vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin enhances B12 absorption and bioavailability.*

SFI Health suggests adults taking 2 capsules daily with food or as directed by a healthcare professional. Children: As directed by a healthcare professional.
