Active B Complex by Klaire Labs is a supplement that offers a full complement of high potency essential B-complex vitamins. Activated forms of coenzyme provide optimal vitamin B complex support for patients who may have problems metabolizing standard forms of vitamin B supplements. Inclusion of L-5-MTHF (Metafolin L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate), a form of bioactive folate, ensures quicker results in regards to metabolism than that of folic acid, which is the folate most commonly used in fortified foods and supplements. Activated vitamin B12, in the form of methylcobalamin, improves the bioavailability and absorption of B12. The lipid-soluble form of thiamine, Benfotiamine, is also included along with active forms of vitamin B6 and riboflavin.*
