L- glutamine
This product increases my stamina and my ability to exercise. As I have fibromyalgia, this is an incredible statement. Out of all the many nutrients I take, this is one of two that have actually improved my energy level. I appreciate the way this product can recycle and reuse the L-glutamine, and prevent a build-up in the liver.
