L-MethylFolate by Klaire Labs offers individual 1 mg (1,000 mcg) of folate per capsule. It is fairly common for individuals to suffer from folate deficiency as a vast number of individuals dont consume as many folate-rich foods as are needed to meet their dietary requirements, also a large amount of folates are eliminated when food is either cooked or processed.
