    Improves brain function

    I am a CPR instructor and noticed that in my class I was sometimes pausing and reaching for words. Nothing dramatic but it was frustrating to me - was advised to try this for brain function - wow - absolute difference. I still don't understand Euclidean geometry but I don't notice any pauses in class or at home with my family. Sometimes you take supplements and you are not sure if there's an impact - this is definitely one that I could objectively judge to be effective.
