O.N.E Multivitamin by Pure Encapsulations provides vitamins A, B, C, D and E in extremely bioavailable forms and also provides Metafolin® L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate (L-5-MTHF), which is the naturally occurring, and universally metabolized form of folate.*
 
-Inositol and Choline for healthy cognitive function*
-Helps maintain retinal and macular health with 3 mg lutein and 500 mcg zeaxanthin*
-Encourages cellular health with 500 mcg lycopene and 2, 000 i.u. vitamin D*
 
 
Recommendation:

    My doctor retired and I wasn't sure where I would get the multivitamin. I bought a multivitamin at Walmart, but wasn't satisfied. Then online I found the one my doctor had been getting for me. I ordered it and it came very quickly.

    O.N.E. multi compares favorably with other quality (usually whole food) products that require several capsules per serving. Contains methylated forms of some Bs, zinc, iodine and many other micronutrients often missing from others. We eat organically and well; this one capsule provides some extras and comes from a NSF-GMP registered company.
