Optic-Plus is a dietary supplement from Biotics Research that provides essential vitamins, minerals, antioxidant enzymes, botanical extracts, and key carotenoids to promote ocular health. As we age, our vision may become compromised due to environmental factors such as Ultra Violet (UV) light, poor lifestyle habits, and dietary inadequacies. Specific nutrients may play a key role in maintaining healthy eyesight. Certain antioxidants can scavenge free-radicals, reducing the risk of oxidative damage to the lens and cornea of the eye. Carotenoids, such as lutein and zeaxanthin, protect against oxidative damage and are linked to a decreased chance of age-related macular degeneration (AMD). These carotenoids form the pigment that absorbs the macular-damaging blue light. Anthocyanidins from Bilberry extract are also known to contribute to visual acuity. In addition to the noted nutrients, Vitamins C, E, and riboflavin have all been proven to protect against age-related ocular decline, as have minerals such as zinc and selenium. Dosage: 
Biotics Research recommends two (2) Optic-Plus capsules daily as a dietary supplement or as otherwise directed by a healthcare professional.

Vitamin A (as natural mixed carotenoids, palmitate), Vitamin C (as ascorbic acid), Vitamin E (as d-alpha tocopheryl acetate), Thiamin (B1) (as cocarboxylase chloride), Riboflavin (B2) (as riboflavin-5-phosphate), Zinc (as zinc gluconate), Selenium (as selenomethionine), Copper (as copper gluconate), Citrus bioflavonoids (from citrus fruit), Bilberry Extract (25% anthocyanidins) (fruit), Lutein (from marigold), Zeaxanthin, Superoxide Dismutase (from vegetable culture ), Catalase (from vegetable culture ) Specially grown, biologically active vegetable culture containing Phytochemically Bound Chromium and naturally associated phytochemicals including polyphenolic compounds with SOD and catalase, dehydrated at low temperature to preserve associated enzyme factors. 
 
Other Ingredients:
