I couldn't take cholesterol medicine because the liver tests came back weird. My cholesterol bordered on 200, so I debated taking anything. My doctor suggested red yeast rice. I ordered this brand because it was suggested a couple of years ago with Consumer Labs. I only take 2 a day and my blood tests come back good every year.
