Sereniten Plus by Douglas Laboratories provides a combination of Vitamin D, L-Theanine and Lactium casein decapeptide to support the HPA (Hypothalamic-Pituitary-Adrenal) axis and response loop for cortisol regulation and stress management. L-Theanine and Lactium have demonstrated an ability to deliver a relaxing effect and may aid in supporting those affected by stress obtain a normal sleep cycle.*
