Allergy Research Group suggests taking ½  teaspoon of Solution of Magnesium mixed with eight ounces of any beverage, two or three times daily, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

    This product may work well but the taste is so bad I couldn't find anything to conceal it so that I could take it... needs flavoring of some type.
