    Altho' the taste was great in my smoothies - my Health Practitioner cautioned that unless this oil was shipped cold, and I kept it in the refrig 24/7, NOT to use it (:< I will not be reordering it - instead will use flaxseed oil in softgels that I'll keep in the refrig until I count them out weekly in my vitamin/supplement pill boxes.
