TheraSlim by Klaire Labs allows individuals to consume bread, rice, pasta, potatoes, and other complex carbs as part of their diet. Often those who are dieting are discouraged from eating carbohydrates; however, this means that an essential nutritional element might be missing, as carbs contribute B-vitamins, dietary fiber, and other elements to the body.
