Biotics Research Tri-Chol Active Ingredients: 
Niacin (as inositol hexaniacinate), Chromium (from vegetable culture ), Choline (as bitartrate), Inositol Hexaniacinate, Guggul (Commiphora mukul) (gum) (extract), Fo-Tl (Polygonum multiflorum) (root), Asian Water Plantain (Alisma orientalis) (rhizome), Polygonum cuspidatum (rhizome & root), Bitter Orange (Citrus aurantium) (fruit) (extract). Specially grown, biologically active vegetable culture containing Phytochemically Bound Trace Elements and naturally associated phytochemicals including polyphenolic compounds with SOD and catalase, dehydrated at low temperature to preserve associated enzyme factors. 
 
Other Ingredients: 
Gelatin and water. This Biotics Research product is gluten and dairy free.
