Vitamin D Supreme 60c by Designs for Health has a medically useful amount of D3 and vitamin K in both the MK-7 and K1 formula of K2. This formulation contains greater therapeutic dosage amounts than Vitamin D Synergy for circumstances where much more aggressive repletion is needed. Vitamins K and D are essential for optimal arterial and bone health and for keeping the immune system balanced properly. The quantity of vitamin K and D in this formulation may be valuable for people who usually do not get enough sun exposure and/or dietary types of these natural vitamins. Vitamins D & K work together. Thus, raising doses of vitamin D will increase the desire for vitamin K.*

Recommendation:
Designs for Health suggests taking one Vitamin D Supreme capsule per day with a meal, or as directed by your health care practitioner.

Other Ingredients: L-Leucine, microcrystalline cellulose, cellulose (capsule).

CAUTION: Vitamin K may adversely interact with anticoagulation drugs known as blood thinners. Patients taking these medications should be medically supervised while taking Vitamin D Supreme.

    Covenant health is a great provider

    This product seems to work fine (i can’t really tell - my doctor suggested it.) covenant health is a fantastic supplier, however. Quick delivery, easy to reach with any questions, good follow up after delivery, and good quality products. I always buy from covenant health

    Mild virus

    Faithfully took this vitamin and had a very mild covid case in March 2020. Have been taking it for years. Haven’t had any further virus or complications!
