Mag Glycinate by Metagenics contains magnesium in a magnesium amino acid chelate that increases gastrointestinal tolerance as well as absorption. This product does not depend on the acidity of the stomach for absorption. Magnesium promotes nervous system healthy, muscle relaxation, and may prevent nighttime leg muscle cramps.

Metagenics suggests taking 1 Mag Glycinate tablet three times daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
