    I had some good friends suggest this product to me. I couldn't be more satisfied with the results I've had with it. I would suggest this product to anyone, as it has has helped my digestive system tremendously.

    Anyone over 60 should be taking a magnesium supplement for heart health. The Metagenics Mag Glycinate product is easily absorbed and well tolerated by the digestive system. I have been taking one tablet with breakfast and one tablet after evening meal for over ten years. I am 71 years young and do physical activity that 50 year olds find tiring. My wife started taking same dose about a year ago for hypertension. Her BP is now normal. This is good stuff.
